Deep 6 2025 Edition — DOUBLE CHOCOLATE CHERRY SOUR DARK ALE
Aged for 6 months under the ice at the bottom of Lake of the Woods in icy temperatures! This rich, full-bodied dark ale delivered bold chocolate notes with hints of maraschino cherry and almond. Dark brown in colour with a red hue, topped by an off-white head with a full-bodied mouthfeel.
ABV: 7% | IBU: 28 | SRM: 36

The second annual Lake of the Woods Brewing Company Rib Fest at the Village was an absolute blast! A huge thank you to everyone who came out and made it such a memorable weekend. 
Shoutout to our rib trucks: Boss Hogs and Casa Fuego for the smoky goodness, Ye Olde Chip Truck for the perfect fries, and Sweet LOTW for the kettle corn and treats. Big love to our vendors, the Rotary for volunteering thru the weekend, and the bands, Red Moon Road with Rocki Rolletti Friday night, and North Shore Saturday, for keeping the party alive. The mechanical bull, Battle Axe, and bouncy castles brought the fun. And cheers to our rockstar staff for slingin’ beers, servin’ up food, and keeping the whole weekend running smooth.. and of course, to YOU for coming out and making it one for the books! THANKS Y’ALL!

Each year, the store managers at each outlet (and their management group) vote on several awards; one of which is the “Best Overall Local Supplier” award. Guess what?…..WE WON!!…. That’s right, Lake of the Woods Brewing Company has been awarded the best overall local supplier as voted on by the Safeway outlets in North Western Ontario!
